Eindhoven, December 16, 2009 – On December 15, 2009, tthe Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of IT Competence Group N.V. took place in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In total, there was 85.63% of the company’s share capital represented at the meeting. All agenda items were approved unanimously by the attending shareholders.
